Born in Georgia, raised in Texas, educated at NorthTexas State University, and seasoned in recording studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, Emmy nominated composer PHIL SETTLE was called "a Texas music legend" by the Houston Music News.

Notable productions include his own live CD:  PHIL SETTLE & Friends - Santa Monica Pier, the CD Standard Procedure (featuring Angela Carole Brown), and with Sean Holt, Sean's first album Heart Behind the Man.  He also writes, produces and performs music for television and feature films.
